What is the vault?
After 3 consecutive months, you unlock access to The Vault — a private archive of past fragrances.
This gives you the chance to revisit favourites and shop exclusive scents not available to the public.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
When will I be charged and which box will I receive?
Payments for Magic Members are taken on the 1st of each month.
If you subscribe from the 25th onwards, your first box will be for the following month’s theme, so you receive the full experience from the start.
When will my box be shipped?
Boxes are made to order and typically dispatched around the 15th of each month.
Are the scents available outside the subscription?
No, each fragrance is exclusive to Magic Members at the time of release.
What happens if I miss a month?
Your access to The Vault is based on consecutive active months, so missing a month may reset your progress.
Is shipping included?
Yes, all Magic Members boxes include free UK delivery.
