Faulty Products
In the event that a Customer expresses that a Product is faulty, the Company may arrange for a replacement product to be shipped at a specific date. The Customer must ensure that the original faulty product is returned either before any replacement arrives. If the Customer does not return the faulty product within thirty (30) days, the Company may take Court proceedings in respect of the unreturned faulty product. Please note the company is not obliged to return the shipping and handling paid by the registered user.
Incorrect Products
The Company or its delivery partners may, in very rare situations, send an incorrect product to a Customer. To ensure that the mistake is remedied as quickly and as smoothly as possible, it is vital in these situations that the Customer contacts the Company at sales@wishuponacandleco.com. The Company will then be able to suggest the best place for the Customer to return the item to. An e-mail confirming the replacement will then be sent to confirm that the incorrect Product was sent, and to guarantee the replacement correct Product will be shipped. The Customer must return the incorrect Product immediately and within seven (7) days of reporting the issue to the Company.
If the Customer does not return the incorrect Product within thirty (30) days, may take Court proceedings in respect of the unreturned Product.
Returning Products
The Customer may return the product in the original packaging, unaltered in any way within 14 days upon when receiving the merchandise, excluding all sale items. Before returning the goods, please email us first on sales@wishuponacandleco.com along with your order number.

Best Estimate Delivery Times
All delivery times given on the website are estimates. All information regarding delivery time is non-binding. This does affect the Company’s obligation to deliver Products. The Company works with trusted delivery partners to ensure the best possible service. If the customer doesn’t receive the product/s in 30 days, they should contact the Company for a clarification.
Site Terms of Use Modifications
Wish Upon A Candle Co may revise these terms of use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of use.
Governing Law

Order Acknowledgement Policy
Please note that your order will become a legally binding contract entered in between us upon despatch of your order.

Wish Upon A Candle Co Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
The contract between you and Wish Upon A Candle Co Ltd will be completed on the despatch of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. The sale contract is therefore completed in England and is subject to English law.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Once you submit an order, you can cancel your order at any stage until dispatch. If you would like to request the cancellation of an order, please email us as soon as possible to sales@wishuponacandleco.com. Please inform us of any cancellation at the earliest opportunity.
Refusal of transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from the website at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the wishuponacandleco.com website, whether or not that product has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content; refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
